We ship all orders through Aramex, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure safe, fast, and reliable delivery.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Lebanon: 3–5 business days
  • Middle East & GCC: 3–7 business days
  • International: 5–10 business days (may vary depending on customs clearance in the destination country)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays caused by customs or local courier services.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Aramex tracking number by email or SMS.
  • You can track your shipment on the Aramex Tracking Page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aramex will assist with customs clearance where possible, but we are not responsible for delays or charges imposed by customs authorities.

Restricted & Prohibited Items (per Aramex policy)

Aramex does not ship certain goods, including but not limited to:

  • Dangerous or hazardous materials (explosives, flammable items, etc.)
  • Illegal substances
  • Currency, precious metals, or stones
  • Perishable food items without proper packaging
  • Live animals

Delivery Attempts

  • Aramex will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, you may contact Aramex directly to reschedule.
  • Failure to receive the shipment after repeated attempts may result in return-to-sender charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.
